Roque Planas is a freelance journalist covering Latin American affairs. His reporting and analysis have appeared in Foreign Policy Magazine, the World Politics Review, and the New Internationalist. He has filed stories from Argentina, Colombia, and the United States.
Roque Planas is currently based in New York City, where he is pursuing a Joint Master’s degree in Journalism and Latin American Studies at New York University as a two-year Henry MacCracken Fellow.
